Blockchain transactions and wallet addresses are public by design.
Ready can access the same publicly available blockchain data as anyone else.
Personal data
For 2FA-protected accounts, Ready stores the email address associated with your account.
If you purchase cryptocurrency through a fiat-to-crypto provider available in Ready X, any identity verification (KYC) is performed by that provider. Ready does not receive or store the personal information you submit during the provider's verification process.
If you'd like us to delete the email address associated with your 2FA-protected account, contact Ready Support at help@ready.co.
App usage data
Ready uses analytics to understand how the app is used and to improve the product.
Analytics data is anonymized and does not include your personal information.
Support data
If you contact Ready Support, we'll temporarily store the information you provide in order to investigate and resolve your request.
