If you received a Ready X verification email but didn't request it, someone may be attempting to access your wallet.
This could mean that your recovery phrase or private key has been compromised. The verification code sent to your email may be the final step needed to gain access to your wallet.
Do not enter the verification code or share it with anyone.
If you have ever exported or stored your wallet's private key, another possible cause is someone attempting to import your wallet using your account address and private key.
Sign in to Ready X immediately and check whether there is an active guardian escape notification. If there is, cancel it immediately and contact Ready Support at help@ready.co.
What should I do?
- Contact Ready Support immediately at help@ready.co.
- If your wallet still contains funds, move them to a new Ready X wallet with a new recovery phrase as soon as possible. Create a new 2FA-protected account using a new email address. If possible, use a different email provider than your current one.
- If you stored recovery phrases for other wallets in the same location as your Ready X recovery phrase, treat those recovery phrases as potentially compromised as well. Move the assets from those wallets to new wallets with new recovery phrases.
- If you believe your email account may also be compromised, change its password immediately and enable two-factor authentication if it isn't already enabled.
- If you continue using your current Ready X account, change the email associated with your 2FA-protected account after securing your email account.

- Never share your recovery phrase or private key.
- Store your recovery phrase securely and offline.
- Do not store multiple wallet recovery phrases in the same location.
- Use a strong, unique password for your email account.
- Enable two-factor authentication on your email account.
- Be cautious of phishing websites and fake wallet extensions that ask for your recovery phrase or private key.
- Always use the official Ready X extension links below. Installing an unofficial wallet extension may put your assets at risk.
