If one or more accounts are missing after recovering your wallet, there are several possible reasons.
You recovered the wrong wallet
Make sure you're using the correct recovery phrase.
Each recovery phrase restores a different wallet. If you have recovery phrases for multiple wallets (for example, another Ready X wallet, Ledger, MetaMask, Braavos, or another wallet), recovering with the wrong one will display a different set of accounts.
Your account may be using an outdated smart contract
If the missing account hasn't been used or updated for several years, it may be using an older smart contract version that is no longer supported by the network.
In this case, please contact Ready Support at help@ready.co.
Your network may be blocking blockchain requests
Some internet providers, corporate networks, and countries restrict access to blockchain services.
Try the following:
- Recover your wallet in a different supported browser using the latest version of the Ready X browser extension.
- Try a different internet connection.
- If you're using a work or school network, try a personal connection instead.
- If your internet provider restricts blockchain traffic, try using a VPN.
