If you have recovered a wallet and one or more accounts are missing, make sure you are using the correct seed phrase.
If you have multiple seed phrases saved in one place, it is possible you are using the wrong one.
You can only recover a Ready Wallet wallet inside the Ready Wallet extension.
If you try to recover using a seed from another wallet, you will see a new address instead of your old one.
If you have checked all of the above, try the following workarounds:
- Recover the wallet in a different browser with the latest version of the Ready Wallet extension
- Make sure you are using a stable internet connection. Temporarily turn off any Firewall and retry recovery with the latest version of the extension. If your internet access has restrictions, try a different network
