Unfortunately, blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once a transaction has been confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be cancelled or reversed.
However, recovery may still be possible in some cases, depending on who controls the destination address.
Where did you get the destination address?
It belongs to another wallet
If you sent funds to a wallet owned by someone else, only the owner of that wallet can return the assets. Contact them directly if possible.
It belongs to a centralized exchange
If you sent funds to a deposit address provided by an exchange, contact the exchange's support team as soon as possible. Depending on their policies and technical capabilities, they may be able to recover your assets.
It belongs to a bridge or another service
If you sent funds to an address provided by a bridge or another crypto service, contact that service's support team. In some cases, they may be able to recover your assets.
I'm not sure
If you're unsure where the destination address came from, contact Ready Support and provide:
- The transaction hash (TXID)
- The asset you sent
- The network you used
- The destination address
- Where you copied the destination address from (for example, an exchange, another wallet, a bridge, or another service)
