If your Ready X wallet isn't displaying your balance, transaction status, or token information correctly, it's usually a synchronization issue affecting the app or browser extension - not your assets on the blockchain.
Your assets remain on the blockchain and are not affected.
Please do not uninstall or recover your wallet before trying the steps below.
Common signs of a sync issue
- A transaction remains In progress for an unusually long time.
- A completed transaction isn't reflected in your wallet.
- A token appears as Unnamed.
- Token prices or other information are missing.
Verify that your assets are safe
You can verify the current state of your wallet directly on the blockchain.
- Open https://starkscan.co.
- Enter your Ready X account address.
- Compare the balances and transactions shown on Starkscan with those displayed in Ready X.
You can find your account address by selecting Fund and copying your wallet address.
Back up your recovery phrase
Before troubleshooting further, make sure you've backed up your recovery phrase.
- Open Settings.
- Select Security & privacy.
- Open Recovery phrase.
- Enter your password and save your recovery phrase securely.
Refresh your wallet
- Open Settings > Developer settings.
- Select Clear local storage.
- Enter your password when prompted to open the extension anew.
Recover your wallet in a different browser
If the issue persists, your browser or extension may be out of sync.
- Install the Ready X browser extension in a different supported browser (for example, Brave if you're currently using Chrome).
- Recover your wallet using your recovery phrase.
- Check whether the issue still occurs.
If the issue is resolved in the second browser, it was likely caused by your original browser or extension out-of-sync state.
