You can export the private key for your Ready X account from the browser extension.
Export your private key
- Open Settings.
- Click the account name.
- Select Export private key.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
What can I use my private key for?
You can use your private key to import your account into another Ready X wallet.
Private key import is only available for standard accounts. If your account is protected with 2FA, it can't be imported using a private key.
Important
- Never share your private key. Anyone with access to it can control your account and your funds.
- Store your private key securely if you choose to export it.
- Keep your recovery phrase safe. It's the only supported method for recovering your Ready X wallet.
- If you're trying to retrieve the private key for an account created in another wallet, contact that wallet's support team.
