Your 12-word recovery phrase is the primary way to recover your Ready X wallet. Make sure you save it securely before you need it.
Save your recovery phrase
To find your recovery phrase:
- Open Settings.
- Go to Security & privacy > Recovery phrase.
- Enter your password and save your recovery phrase securely.
Never share your recovery phrase with anyone. Anyone with access to it may be able to access your wallet and assets.
Can I recover my wallet with a private key?
No. You cannot recover your Ready X wallet using a private key.
A private key can only be used to import an individual standard account into another Ready X wallet. It cannot be used to recover the wallet itself.

What if I lose my recovery phrase?
If you have 2FA enabled for an account, you may still be able to recover that account if you lose your recovery phrase.
2FA protection applies to individual accounts, not to the entire Ready X wallet.
