There are two ways to recover your Ready X wallet, depending on your account.
Recover with your recovery phrase
The easiest way to recover your wallet is with your 12-word recovery phrase.
When you create a Ready X wallet, you're shown a recovery phrase. You can use it to recover your wallet on any supported device.
Store your recovery phrase securely and never share it with anyone. Anyone with access to your recovery phrase can access your wallet.
Recover a 2FA-protected account
If you've lost your recovery phrase but your account is protected with email-based 2FA, you may still be able to recover your account.
To start the recovery process, contact Ready Support at help@ready.co.
We'll guide you through the recovery process and let you know whether your account is recoverable.
I don't have my recovery phrase or a 2FA-protected account
If you've lost your recovery phrase and your account isn't protected with email-based 2FA, your wallet can't be recovered.
Because Ready X is a self-custodial wallet, only you control your recovery credentials, and Ready can't recover them for you.
